We plan to do our very best to keep fees reasonable but fees are a part of delivery. Without them, we would not have a business. Typical fees are $2.99 for the first 3 miles and a per mile fee for every mile after that. Those will vary per merchant and per time of the day and driver demand. There may be an optional tip or we may keep it simple and just charge per mile. We have to keep the drivers happy so they will continue to deliver so typical charges are close to $1 per mile. Keep in mind we offer reward points for every dollar spent. Those rewards can be traded in for discounts on delivery, gift cards and free meals.
Yes! We will always have someone you can reach out to in order to resolves issues. Being a local service, we don’t have call centers in another state. Other states don’t care about our local people but we do. We are just next door when you need us. If it is a restaurant issue you can find the contact information on their page, if its a delivery issue you can reach out to us on our website or call the number given in your ordering app.
First and foremost we create jobs. When you have orders to deliver, we have drivers ready. We also plan to locate local charities that we can donate to as well. So by ordering with us, you are directly involved in helping make the local economy and community better.
Yes all of our drivers will be screened and background checks will be done on every driver. In addition, unlike DoorDash, we plan to meet with every driver before we have them deliver your customers food. This ensures that we know exactly what kind of driver we will be getting.
We can provide merchants with seals that can be used to ensure the containers are tamper proof. These are an additional small fee monthly fee and our drivers will never open them. We do not in any way allow drivers to open any type of food container under any circumstances however the option to seal food containers is entirely up to the merchant.
We encourage any merchant or customer to contact us if you have an issue with a driver. We expect our drivers to be polite, on time and courteous. We will always be available to speak to you about any issues that arise.
Our driver app track every order from kitchen to doorstep. We will know in real time where that driver is and once the food is delivered the driver can take a photograph for proof of delivery. If there is an issue we will launch a full investigation into the issue. All of our drivers are screened prior to delivering for us.
Yes indeed there are! We offer customer reward points for every order. On occasion we will have “boosted” reward points. For example on a Monday we may have X2 reward points or for a particular merchant we may have X3 reward points. Those points can be traded in for discounts on delivery, food, free meals, Walmart cards, Amazon cards, CVS and many more.
In addition your orders help local drivers and ordering with us will keep those dollars in OUR local economy not California or some other state. You will be helping those drivers feed their families while we help you feed yours.
